A sweet, spicy glaze for any kind of ham. This makes enough to glaze a bone-in half ham.
- 6 ounces pineapple juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1⁄4 cup corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice

- Bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring often. Simmer 1 minute.
- If your ham is fully cooked, brush the glaze over it and bake till heated through. Otherwise, bake your ham according to package directions, adding the glaze for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
