Something I threw together with ingredients on hand and it was great! No added sugars here!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 236.59 ml pineapple juice
  • 236.59 ml red seedless grapes
  • 85.04 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 236.59 ml ice


  1. Blend together juice, grapes and yogurt. When mixed well, add ice and blend until slushy.
