Something I threw together with ingredients on hand and it was great! No added sugars here!
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 3 ounces plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- Blend together juice, grapes and yogurt. When mixed well, add ice and blend until slushy.
This made a very nice snack mid-afternoon today. I will blend it a bit longer next time, as the grape leaves could have broken down more. 5 stars for flavor, nutrition, and speed! Thanks, January Bride, for this original! Made for Aussie New Recipe Swap.
