Each serving is 3oz. I found this recipe at a Estate Sale. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

  1. Place ham fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 325 oven 2 1/2 hours.
  2. In small bowl mix well sugar, mustard and juice. Remove ham from oven; trim off rind; score top in diamond pattrern. Stud with cloves; brush with juice mixture.
  3. Roast, brushing frequently, 45-60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part, not touching bone, registers 140. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
