Pineapple Frosting

"I like this frosting. It is a cold frosting and very easy to make. My daughter made this up."

• Yields: 1 cake

ingredients

• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package French vanilla instant pudding
• 1⁄2 pint whipping cream, plus
• 1 cup cold milk (enough to make 2 cups)
• 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple, well drained

directions

1. Beat pudding, whipping cream and cold milk together until thick.
2. Fold in well drained pineapple.
