Use the darkest chocolate you can find. From the Vegetarian Society.. PCB? however did you miss this one?
- 1 fresh pineapple, skinned and cored
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 1⁄4 pint half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- Slice the pineapple and cut into chunks.
- In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate and cream gently until the chocolate has melted.
- Stir in the rum.
- Serve at once, dipping the pineapple into the warm sauce.
delicious. made this for my 3 yr old so i obviously left out the rum but will make this again for myself following the ingredients exactly. very nice, very different. thank you for sharing.
