Exotic and full of flavors. Great with poultry or served as a dip for dried fruits.
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 3⁄4 cup cream cheese
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried herbs, mixed
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (curcuma)
- pineapple, for decoration
- Mix ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
- Decorate with pineapples and serve chilled.
