This is a pretty salad to make for the holidays. It could even be served as a light dessert. From the kitchen of Helen Court, Ottumwa IA

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in undrained pineapple; cranberry sauce, wine and pecans. Put in 9 x 13 pan and chill. Soften cream cheese and beat in sour cream until smooth. Spread over gelatin when it is set. Cut into 3" squares and serve on a lettuce leaf.
