ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped dates
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
directions
- Mix ingredients well and chill.
- The salsa will last several days in the refrigerator.
