Pineapple Cookies

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 5 dozen

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 8 ounces crushed pineapple
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts

directions

1. mIx together dry ingredients.
2. Cut in shortening until crumbly.
3. Then drop tables on a baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle with nuts and pineapple.
5. Bake at 350 until done.
6. Let cool.
