  1. Drain pineapple, saving 2 tablespoons juice.
  2. In a bowl, combine pineapple cabbage, carrots, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In separate bowl mix fat-free mayonnaise, orange juice, pineapple juice and salt.
  4. Pour over salad mixture, toss, and chill.
