  1. My Family loves these! I usually double this recipe and add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice; 1/4 cup of lime juice; 1/4 cup coconut milk. I always make coconut lime rice to go with it. I never have leftovers...LOL!

  2. These little guys are great! I sprinkled my wings with a bit of S&P and roasted them for the first half hour, then dumped them off the rack and into the pan before adding the sauce. It took a little more than an hour to get the sauce where I wanted it, but the wings were perfectly coated and full of flavor inside and out. I'll definitely be making these again, both for myself and for football parties...and I'll have fun trying other sauces as well. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!

  3. I was going to post this si I will review it instead. I have made this several times and it is easy and tasty. I like to use a spicy BBQ sauce but barring that sprinkle them with cajun seasoning before I bake them. Plus, I use most of the juice from the pineapple and am generous with the BBQ sauce because I like extra to put on my rice.
