Good in the summer or great for the holidays. I got this recipe from my sis, Kim. Preparation time include freeze time overnight.
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Combine milk, lemon juice and extract; mix well.
- Stir in pie filling and pineapple.
- Fold in whipped topping.
Pretty for Christmas!
