  1. This was great! Hubby and I really enjoyed it; I only made half of a recipe, as there are only 2 of us. I wish I had made the whole thing! Yummy, and it would be great with graham crackers, as suggested or nilla wafers. Thanks, KelBel, for a delicious snack!

  2. What a great alternative for filling celery sticks [or for a cracker spread]! I made up a platter of celery sticks, filling half of them with this cheesy mixture & the other half of them with a chocolate fudge & chunky peanut butter mixture that I had on hand! As good as the peanuty ones were, the cheesy filled ones were gone in no time! Really great!

  3. This is so easy-to-fix + good to eat & it went straight into my *Holiday Recipes* cookbook. Altho I would welcome this any dy of the yr, it made me want to start my Christmas shopping! It is so yummy, pretty & perfect for a Christmas table. It has good textural variety & a combo of flavours that are perfect together. While I did not (& would not) chg any part of this recipe, I did chg the presentation when I combined the almonds w/the cheese mix & made a spread of it rather than a cheese ball. I am glad I found the maraschino cherries, as they are terrific in this & surely much better than the dried cranberries I had hoped to avoid. It works best on a non-salty cracker such as the wheat crackers you mentioned or water crackers (my pref), but would also be a huge kid-pleaser on graham crackers. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us. We loved it & it is a definite keeper for me. :-)
