I love the flauvour of pinepple and cheese. This is one of my old 'stand by' recipes.


  1. Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the sour cream and the crushed pineapple.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Serve well chilled.
  5. Serve with potato crisps/chippies or savoury biscuits.
  6. NOTE:.
  7. Cook time is chilling time.

this is fantastic. i love cottage cheese & pineapple this so much better. my bf father took the left overs home. great for melbourne cup day or any bbq. will be making it for my house warming. thanks.
