Everyone that has ever eaten this just loves it! Sometimes I add a little chopped green pepper.

I made this for a Thanksgiving appetizer. Most people liked it, but no one was crazy about it. The pineapple/ranch combination is very different and doesn't appeal to everyone. I think if I made it again, I would cut the ranch down or just leave it out altogether.

Made this last weekend for a large cocktail party. It was the first appetizer GONE!! Wow, this is such a variety of flavors and all of them together made a great topping for a cracker. I used the dill week on the outside of the cheese ball and this gave it a great sour for the sweet pineapple. Will do this one again and again.

At my get together for Christmas I made this and it was devoured by my guests! I didn't have a can of crushed pineapple so I put a whole can of pineapple chunks, without the juice in the food processor and it came out exactly like crushed pineapple. While I was processing the pineapple I added in the dressing mix and it combined beautifully! I will be making this again.

This is great! I used the whole can of pineapple, and find that it is easier to mix in the dressing powder at the same time. I serve it in a bowl instead of the ball. I use sharp cheddar. This is a HUGE hit!
