Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Sift together flour, sugar and soda.

Mix in eggs and pineapple.

Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°F or until done all the way through.

Place all icing ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Turn down heat and simmer for 4 minutes.

Pour icing over warm cake.

This cake was very good. It went together really quickly and the icing was super easy as well. The cake itself was incredibly moist, almost a spongy texture.
I was a little confused about pouring the icing over top of the cake, because really, the icing seemed like it was more of a sauce. I put the cake on a cake plate and I did pour some of the icing over top of it, and then I served the remaining by spooning it over top of the individual servings of cake.
My husband and children absolutely loved it and I'll be making it again.
