This was my great aunt's recipe. She always served it with ham.
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices bread, broken into crumbs
- Cream the margarine and sugar together.
- Add the eggs, pineapple and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
