- 16 slice white bread, cubed and without crust
- 2 (1133.98 g) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 236.59 ml butter
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 8 large eggs, well beaten
directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Add cans of pineapple.
- Mix in bread cubes, make sure you mix well.
- Bake in a 3 quart, greased casserole for 1 hour@ 350 degrees, uncovered.
