I came up with this recipe when i wanted a smoothie but didn't know what to put with the banana
- Pour in 1 cup of milk.
- Add Half of the banana.
- While still blending take out the center piece of the blender and add the other half of the banana.
- Take off the lid of the blender and add the yogurt
- Mix for 30 seconds.
