Nutritious low fat drink that peps up your day!
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 (6 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 medium banana
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ (optional)
- In blender or food processor combine all ingredients.
- Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
Nice easy fruit drink. Sweet enough from the banana alone that the honey could be optional which would make it vegan friendly if you used soy yoghurt.
