I just purchased a new smoothie machine and have been tinkering with recipes. This was this morning's and a real winner!
- 6 ounces orange juice
- 1 banana, broken into 3 pieces
- 4 ounces crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
- 1 tablespoon soy protein, powder
- 1⁄2 cup frozen cherries
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt
- Add all ingredients, starting with liquids first and puree.
- Serve in chilled glass.
