Bacon wrapped pineapple appetizers
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the length of the bacon in half. Open and drain the pineapple. Wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it wrapped.
- Place the wrap on a metal baking tray with the pineapple facing up. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
- Bake until bacon is cooked. Remove from pan and place on a warm plate or serving tray.
Great tasting recipe, we all loved it. The pineapple,bacon,brown sugar work great together. We will make these all the time, thanks for a great recipe.
These are fabulous. I spinkled a little minced garlic on top and WOW did it taste great.
These are the best appetizers!!!! Great for small get together but beware...they don't last long :)
