I love this recipe and make it all the time! I use less coconut that what the recipe calls for. One time I tried it with some chopped walnuts and it was fabulous!

This is excellent! Next time I will toast some coconut for the tops, I did make this into muffins with great results...20-25 mins bake time was perfect! Thanks so much!

this morning and already it is
half gone. I used Splenda instead of the sugar as I am a diabetic. Definitely a keeper, will make this often. Thanks for posting this
