A gorgeous and indulgent smoothie - but totally healthy!
- 4 ice cubes
- 1⁄4 fresh pineapple
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup juice (pineapple or apple or orange or whatever you have handy)
- Put everything into a blender and blitz until all the ice cubes have been crushed. Poor into a large glass and drink through a straw - bliss!
Vertity78, this was so yummy and easy to make. I used OJ for the juice. I've made a ton of fruit smoothies lately, and this is one of my favorites...Thanks for posting!
