Very easy and tasty way to do tilapia. We do not care for dill, so I subbed fresh tarragon from the garden. Will be making this again, for sure. Made for Fall 2012 PAC game.

Fantastic!! This is an easy fish recipe with a WOW factor. The pinenut flavor was delightful. There was also a slight hint of the lemon and honey coming through. I ground my pine nuts in a food processor. Just be sure to not grind them for too long or you'll wind up with a paste.
