Great use for squash, both yellow or zucchini. I found it is also great in a smoothie with frozen peaches and blueberries! Thanks for sharing this one.people found this review Helpful. I"m making this again this year. I made this in 2007 and am getting low on my supply. For some reason we had no zucchini from our garden in 2008!!! It was a good thing this makes a lot. My family can't tell the difference, even the ones who say they don't like squash of any kind! I like to use it in a salad with mandarin oranges as well as cakes such as carrot cake. Sometimes you just have to sneak in extra veggies. P.S. My family especially likes this in Creamy Orange Fluff #65226 - only I use a whole pint of pine-ini instead of the 8 oz can of pineapple the recipe calls for.people found this review Helpful.
