ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen pineapple concentrate
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 quart rum (60-95 or 151 Proof )
- 1 ounce sugar syrup (per serving)
- 2 ounces club soda (per serving) or 2 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage (per serving)
- 2 ice cubes (per serving) or 3 ounces cracked ice (per serving)
- 1 maraschino cherry (per serving)
- 1 lime wedges (per serving) or 1 pineapple chunk (per serving)
directions
- 1. Mix.
- 2. 1/2 inch or 13mm Slice of Frozen Pineapple Juice Concentrate ( 12oz size ).
- 3. 1/2 inch or 13mm Slice of Frozen Limeade Juice Concentrate ( 12oz size ).
- 4. 1-2 Shots or Jigger ( Shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ), ( Jigger = 1.5 fl oz or 44ml ) 60-95 proof Rum.
- 5. 1fl.oz = ( One Fluid Ounce ) Bartenders Sugar Syrup as needed.
- 6. 1 Shot or Splash of Soda water.
- 7. 1-2 Cubes Ice or shots of crushed Ice.
- 8. Serve in cocktail/martini glass or tumbler, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a citrus or pineapple wedge .

- 11. Pina-Lime Alaska ( Blend 3 or more Ice cubes plus all ingredient's - minus soda or 7up ).
- 12. Pina-Lime Splash Meltdown ( Use 151 proof Rum ).
- 13. Pina-Lime Border Blast Add (1 Shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ) Tequila.
