Pineapple and coconut virgin cocktail. Found online and I have yet to try it.
- 2 cups non-fat powdered milk (do not add water or reconstitute)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 6 maraschino cherries
- Blend the following until light and foamy. Pour over ice in tall glasses.
- Garnish with a cherry.
