I found this on Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by Kathy S. I have not tried this recipe I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces dole unsweetened pineapple in natural juice, refrigerated (1 - 8oz can)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 12 cup crushed ice
  • 1 ounce artificial sweetener (1 pack)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)

Directions

  1. Combine in blender and blend for 2 minutes on high.
  2. Enjoy!
