Really good! Was a big hit with the grandchildren. My coconut milk measured 14 ounces, and I used 16 ounces crushed pineapple w/juice, three mashed bananas, and left everything chunky! Made for My-3-Chefs 2013, Brain Freeze Theme.

Amazing popsicles!! My daughter and I made them together and it was fun. Very delicious! My husband even enjoyed this treat and he is not big on coconut flavors! Thanks! We will make this often. I will make a separate batch to add a bit of rum for us adults. Yum!
