Really good! Was a big hit with the grandchildren. My coconut milk measured 14 ounces, and I used 16 ounces crushed pineapple w/juice, three mashed bananas, and left everything chunky! Made for My-3-Chefs 2013, Brain Freeze Theme.
- 1 (5 ounce) can pineapple chunks in light syrup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
