A lovely tropical drink.
- 1 (400 ml) can coconut cream
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 470 g canned crushed pineapple (drained)
- 3 1⁄2 cups water
- Combine coconut cream and sugar in a saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved.
- Allow to cool.
- Blend pineapple with the water in a blender.
- Add pineapple mixture to the coconut cream mixture.
- Mix well.
- Serve well chilled with ice cubes.
