Can hardly wait for summer to try this! If you don't care for pineapple, substitute other fruits - strawberries, bananas, peaches, blueberries etc.
- 2 cups light cream
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender on high.
