This is the dip I serve on my fruit trays at catered events. People always love it and I know my kids do as an after school snack or light lunch
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer then fold in Pineapple, coconut and pecans.
- Chill and serve with Graham crackers and your favorite fresh fruits.
