- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple chunk
- 1 vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
- 6 ice cubes
- Combine ingredients except ice in blender glass. Process mixture on HI until frothy and smooth. Add ice cubes. Crush. Drink. Makes about 2 cups.
