Doesn't get any simpler and you can at least begin your morning dreaming of being on the beach.
- 6 ounces reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup canned crushed pineapple or 1⁄2 cup canned mandarin oranges
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut
- Top yogurt with pineapple (or canned mandarin oranges) and coconut.
So good and so simple. Added a bit of granola (for texture). Great breakfast or even a light dessert. Thanks!
Very tasty healthy dessert & easy to make. I did use the pineapple option but DH thought he would prefer the mandarin oranges better. Made for ZWT 7
