Icy Summer Drinks
- 16 ice cubes
- 946.36 ml pineapple juice
- 255.14 g can cream of coconut
- Put in blender: 16 ice cubes.
- Fill about 3/4 full with pineapple juice.
- Add: 1/2 small can of Cream of Coconut.
Very refreshing... I did add some frozen mango chunks to the mix. Made for PAC Spring 2011
