  1. Put in blender: 16 ice cubes.
  2. Fill about 3/4 full with pineapple juice.
  3. Add: 1/2 small can of Cream of Coconut.
  4. Blend.

Very refreshing... I did add some frozen mango chunks to the mix. Made for PAC Spring 2011
