Pimiento Party Dip

"I created this while making my pimento cheese recipe. I wanted the hubby to do a taste test and he loved the unfinished product as a dip! We get so tired of the same old stuff I love to have something new. Hope you enjoy!!"

• Yields: 2 cups
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 3 ounces room temp cream cheese
• 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
• 3⁄4 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons finely minced sweet onions
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• fresh ground pepper
• salt

directions

1. Put all in food processor and process until runny. Cover place in fridge overnight. Stir, serve with chips, ritz crackers, or toasted baguette slices. You can toss with sharp cheddar if you would like a thick cheese spread instead.
