We always have this at barbeques. Very easy to make but gives a new taste to a burger or spooned over grilled chicken.
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, undrained
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
