a good apple recipe

  1. bring the honey & vinegar to a boil in a medium sized pot.
  2. turn the heat to low & gently place 6-8 slices of the apple in the pot at a time.
  3. simmer about 5 minutes or until you can see through the slices.
  4. very carefully scoop out the slices with a slotted spoon.
  5. spread them on a plate to cool.
  6. pour cream on top of cooled apples.
