- Cut sausage into 3 inch lengths and split into quarters.
- Cut lard into dry ingredients.
- Add milk until a small ball is formed.
- Roll out to 1/4 in thick.
- Cut into 3 inch squares
- Roll up a piece of sausage in the pastry.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake 425 for 15 to 20 min.
