  1. Sauté apples in butter 2-3 minutes. Add walnuts & raisins. Flambé with brandy.
  2. Add sugar and spices. Sauté a few minutes more.
  3. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a robot coupe. Add butter and pulse until small granules form.
  4. Add in 1 TB of water, adding more if necessary. Form, wrap and refrigerate.
  5. After cooled roll out and fill with apples and bake in 350 oven until golden brown.
