  • Seed and dice tomatoes.
  • Pick cilantro leaves in small pieces (no stems).
  • Squeeze in the juice of one lime.
  • Slice green onions including the greens.
  • Seed and chop the peppers.
  • Add spices and vinegar.
  • Mix all together.
  • Refrigerate or serve.
