This was quite delicious! I served it with Chorizo Taquitos along with some Award Winning Guacamole and all went perfect together. I didn't find the pico de gallo particularly spicy or have much impact from the chipotle, so I would recommend to those who enjoy spicier foods and chile heads as well to up the chipotle a little at a time until the salsa is as you like it. Couldn't have been easier or tastier. Anything with chipotle has my vote! Thanks Ev for sharing. Made for ZWT 5.
Beautiful Pico de Gallo! Loved the blend of flavours, very easy to put together. I would add a bit of salt next time. I added a seeded, finely chopped jalapeno pepper instead of canned chipolte. Made for ZWT5
Very easy to put together, and delicious too. The fresh cilantro is a must for this recipe! I made this as posted, but also added a little bit of diced jalapeno peppers. Yummy addition to my Mexican night tonight! Made for ZWT5! Thanks for posting!
This is good. My DH loves cilantro and we don't have a lot of recipes with cilantro. Made for 1,2,3 HIt Wonders 2007
I've never made this before and it was super easy. Will make this again. Excellent taste.
A super easy recipe that tastes wonderful ~ what a terrific combination! :) It took less than 5 min to make but was the best tasting pico de gallo I've ever tried, with just the right amount of zing to it. I used grape tomatoes, as they were the best ones at the store, and didn't have chipotle but used the jalapeno that I had on hand. I'm thrilled to have found this recipe and will be making it quite often. Thanks Ev! :)
