Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 14 cup white onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Toss together first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
