Directions

  1. Combine hot water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a glass bowl. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
  2. Add onions, Serrano and red peppers. Stir to blend.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Will keep for up to a week.
  5. Use slotted spoon to transfer to plate and serve.
