  • Wash peppers.
  • Take seeds out and cut into strips.
  • Boil in water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain and pack into quart jars.
  • To the top of each quart add salt and oil.
  • Bring vinegar, water and sugar to boil.
  • Pour this hot liquid over peppers in jars and seal.

My husband and I have lived in NJ for the last 28 years. We have 2 sons, both grown and no longer living at home, only one toy fox terrior dog now, 2 parakeets and 2 finches! I enjoy finding, using and sharing recipes I have found on the net. Also camping, working outside in the yard, family and good friend get togethers and just relaxing. This does not mean cleaning, lol.
