Pickled Eggs

"This is a great recipe for pickled eggs. They make me gag, but my husband loved them."

• Serves: 24

ingredients

• 2 dozen hard-boiled eggs (chilled)
• 2 1⁄2 cups vinegar
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons pickling salt
• 2 cups cold water

directions

1. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, and water.
2. Boil 10 minutes.
3. Pour over eggs, when cold.
4. Leave 3 days.
