- 4 -6 cucumbers, pealed and thinly sliced
- 1 vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Mix ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
This is such a simple recipe but exceptionally good. my entire family loves this recipe and we don't have to wait too long to eat these wonderful pickles. Great recipe.
This is wonderfully easy and you don't have to let them sit for weeks before you can eat them. Served them along side burgers. Perfect. :)
